UAE: free delivery on orders over 1,000 AED, otherwise a flat 25 AED — arrives in 2-4 business days for pieces in stock. GCC (Qatar, KSA, and other Gulf countries): delivery available, cost calculated at checkout — usually 4-7 business days for pieces in stock. Preorder pieces ship once they're back from the studio — we'll keep you updated on timing.

All sales are final — we don't offer returns for a change of mind. If your rug arrives with a defect or an issue, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
